Resumo

FOLADORI, Guillermo. U.S. militar involvement in Mexican Science and Technology. Rev. iberoam. cienc. tecnol. soc. [online]. 2011, vol.7, n.19, pp.47-70. ISSN 1850-0013.

A discussion regarding scientific international bilateral collaborations, where one side is a  military institution and the other the main institution regulating science and technology policies  of the country is presented. This type of agreement, which seems to be a new outcome of the growing international scientific networks in Latin America, has ethical implications that should be  discussed at scientific forums.
