In this review we analyzed those retrospective and prospective series about unruptured intracranial aneurysms. We focused on rupture frequencies, morbimortality rates, rupture risk and surgical risk for the different treatments performed. The analyzed studies did not show any conclusive evidence towards any specific therapy.
