Oncologic screening was negative. Intervention. A craniotomy and subtotal excision of parietooccipital lesion was performed. Histological examination revealed gliosarcoma. She received radiotherapy and chemotherapy, however she died ten months after the diagnosis. Conclusion. Multicentric gliosarcoma is very unfrequent.
