The purpose of this article is the consideration tributes that teachers usually have. My argument is that the reflections about power in schools express a conflict with no easy solution, because of the particular civic-politics status of childhood as teacher's work object in contemporary society. From methodological point of view I present the main argument production process, which was found in a co participant research context with a group of school teachers.
