   Generic and sexual references are central in initiation ceremonies, where they play a deciding role in the production of male personality. Those ceremonies are not an erotic but a political activity. The aim of this paper is to approach to the proceedings and discourses of the production of male personality that are an important part of the instruction given in the initial schools of the police institution. Those practices and narratives reveals the discourses that forge not only a male subject, but an institutional one. Discourses that outline and support a specific way of being and acting inside the police institution and tends to constitute a specific police subject.
