Since the creation of a steel company in Argentina, in the mid-twentieth century, the basis of business praxis was established, articulated with the location and labor relations that were developing. We show how this praxis was configured, in relation to the State and the U.S. capital. Likewise, we highlight the profile of workers who join the company and the changes that occur in corporate policies. These findings are part of my PhD thesis. The methodological approach was a qualitative case of study, based on an extended fieldwork in the city of Villa Constitución, including documentary sources such as stock analysis.
