Transesophageal echocardiography showed severe mitral stenosis with a 0.78 cm2 area and a severe tricuspid stenosis with a 9/16 Wilkins score. A successful percutaneous mitral and tricuspid valvuloplast was performed. One year later, the patient is asymptomatic.
