Abstract

Teachers attending extension, specialization and continuing education courses have to face several difficulties, one of those being of ample spectrum: to pass from the positive posture to the constructivist one. This study aims to render soothe the process by suggesting a way through which learners and teachers attain a cognitive evolution founded on meaningful learning (Ausubel, 1978). To that end, a didactic material was developed (support text) which was afterward put to the test on a group (32 students) of a specialization course. The criteria adopted to measure progressive differentiation (PD) and integrating reconciliation (IR) in the combinatory real, from the additive and multiplicative principles, were the conceptual selection, the exclusivity and the significant relation.
