Abstract

OTERO, María Rita; FANARO, María de los Ángeles  and  LLANOS, Viviana Carolina. The pedagogy of research and questioning the world and the Inquiry: an analysis from mathematics and physics teaching. Rev. electrón. investig. educ. cienc. [online]. 2013, vol.8, n.1, pp.77-89. ISSN 1850-6666.

In this paper we try to use the ideas of the pedagogy of the research and questioning the world and the Study and Research Paths (SRP) to analyze critically the approach called Inquiry. We have realized a brief historical synthesis showing the successive declines of the Inquiry approach when it has been adapted to the school "reality". We establish our position in favor of the Anthropological Theory of the Didactic (ATD) as a powerful theoretical frame to reinterpret the problems that the Inquiry tries to solve, without success, because it lacks a didactic perspective and defined theoretical foundations.

Keywords : Anthropological Theory of the Didactic; Inquiry; Pedagogy of research and questioning the world; Study and Research Paths.
