Abstract
DONVITO, Angel and OTERO, María Rita. Enseñanza de la programación en la Escuela Secundaria de Adultos a partir de un Recorrido de Estudio e Investigación. Rev. electrón. investig. educ. cienc. [online]. 2020, vol.15, n.2, pp.01-11. ISSN 1850-6666.
In this work, a Study and Research Path (SRP) to introduce teaching of programming in mathematics classes in Adult Secondary Education is proposed. The SRP starts from the question how do to code a Sphero robot for it draws with its trajectory regular polygons and expresses its main features? We develop a Praxeological Reference Model and describe the derived sub-questions and the praxeologies involved in both computer science and mathematics. The study involves basic programming notions such as commands, variables, decisions, loops, and regular polygons from synthetic and analytic geometry. The results show that Computational and Mathematical knowledge could be studied for its inherent formative utility to program the robot: identify the necessary variables, perform calculations and establish the main decisions that may lead the algorithm by different procedures.
