From the praxis social psychology we approach to the situation of deterioration of health conditions and increase of poverty and indigence The emancipatory approaches promote balance between self-determination and distributive justice and empowerment. Good society and good life are bases on mutuality and removal of oppression of gender, social systems and ethnicity. Methodology is participative and reflexive with methodological triangulation and hermeneutic analysis We propose the emphasis on participation to promote strategic monitory of needs and to facilitate promotion and prevention health.
