DE LA IGLESIA, Matilde  and  DI IORIO, Jorgelina. Boarding of binomialviolence-childhood: Critical reflections. Anu. investig. [online]. 2005, vol.12, pp.205-209. ISSN 1851-1686.

The boarding of the binomial violence-childhood implies a critical reflection about the existence of a dissosciation between the law and the imaginary ones instituted in the referring thing to the subject. The circumstances that introduce girls, boys and adolescents in the judicial institution, entail different coexisting levels of violence. The family, the political-institutional and sociocultural systems, among others, comes together in maintaining the effectiveness of an order of production of subjectivities sustained in a binary modality of inclusion-exclusion, which reproduces in act to the interior of the institutions and the judicial system. Instituted imaginaries cross the professional practices of the forense psychologist as well as, the practice of the investigator. A reflective glance to the interior of this last one is required that the own investigator is simultaneously social actor within the set that has become object of its researcher.
