Starting in a work done in the environment teaching, investigation and university extension, around the community of Once zone, about childhood rights linked subjects, has been relieved in this social group, socials and anthropological categories indicators associated with childhood rights, also some answers related with individual and social tasks. The implemented methodology was focus in investigation - action techniques. It was estimated that the symbolic net that generate and sustain childhood community refer to certain significance hole around the children rights idea, as well as an important ignorance about the action possibilities in relation with his vulnerability. Also has been recognized a fatalist position of the community linked with a luck of effective politic actions sustain by the legal organizations involved.
