Resumen

FONTENLA, Mariana  y  TAJER, Débora. The Right To Health Of Women And Their Constitutional Guarantee In Argentina. Anu. investig. [online]. 2008, vol.15. ISSN 1851-1686.

This paper reports on first results of the Master study "Subjectivity, gender and human rights in woman's health integrality. The gap between legal norms and its representation on the social imaginary". The aim of this research is to analyze the existing GAP between legal instruments that recognize and guarantee women's equity on health in terms of integrality and gender rights (human rights international treaties with constitutional hierarchy, national laws and of the autonomus City of Buenos Aires), and the representations that effectors and users of the promotion, attention and rehabilitation services in health on Buenos Aires City have regarding this right. A qualitative study, of exploratory and descriptive character is methodologically proposed. For the purpose of advancing this goal were discovered, and are presented in this article, the legal norms of international law of human rights that recognize and protect the right to women's health and who have joined the National Constitution Argentina.

Palabras clave : Health Integrality; Women; Gender; Human Rights.
