In this work we propose to interrogate the Freudian use of the case, from a rigorous reading of Dora's record. We think that it is possible to find in the above mentioned text, precise indications that orientate us with regard to Freud's position as researcher, orientating us with regard to the debates that he should have supported with diverse speakers at the moment of trying to validate his results. We are interested in realizing in addition, of the way in which Freud constructs the case, while the abandon of the protocols does of his presentations, an exhibition of the material without logic or rules.
