Abstract In this work we develop some perspectives about obsessive neuroses in the last period of Jacques Lacan´s teaching, especially the relation between this structure with the look and the conscience as a sinthome, keeping the union among registers. From there we reread different aspects related with this structure, which had been distinguished by Freud, post-freudians and also Lacan in previous moments of his teaching.
