This paper presents the mains, hypothesis and methodology of the project of investigation P017, "Therapeutic Effects of psychoanalytical interventions in institutional fields" approved by UBACYT for the period 2008/2010. It proposes a systematisation of the therapeutic effects produced from psychoanalytical interventions in institutional fields, in different devices, pathologies, ages, and times, and looks to give account of the logic of his production We consider that this effects depends so much of the intervention of the analyst as of the variability of the subjective conditions of the patient. We will realize a study of cases. We consider that this subject results of special interest, given the incidence in our country of the analytical practice in institutions and the need to give account of the results from a perspective that do not abandon the proper principles of the psychoanalytical method.
