Resumen

REGO, María Victoria  y  SCHLEMENSON, Silvia. Transformations in symbolic processes of children and adolescents with learning disorders. Anu. investig. [online]. 2010, vol.17, pp.79-87. ISSN 1851-1686.

This article tries to articulate some of the categories for the analysis of symbolic transformations during psychopedagogical treatment which were introduced in a previous paper of this same publication. Those categories have been created for the analysis of psychical display complexity that takes place in children who are assisted because of their learning disorders in the Psychopedagogical Assistance Center, that belongs to Psychopedagogical Clinic Chair. Changes in symbolic production are thought to be an important way to know about psychical transformations. This improve the knowledge about specific changes in each child and then the diseign of particular clinical strategies for each case. In the following, some of these transformations are evaluated from the graphic and cognitive productions of a girl who has 13 years old and attended psychopedagogical treatment for two years. Her production are compared between the beginning of treatment and the same productions two years later.

Palabras clave : Symbolization processes; Transformations; Psychopedagogical treatment.
