Abstract

This article approaches the voice and to being listened (article 12 of the CIDN) as rights exercise in an outfitter process of subjetivation and collective creation, in children and girls in psicosocial vulnerability contexts. The communication is constituted in an ethical and political strategy for rights promotion in and from the infancy. The objective is the analysis of communication strategies with children in Buenos Aires and Rosario cities. Since a qualitative approach, this exploratory - descriptive research approaches across the critical analysis of discourse (ACD), the children's narratives. The communication productions turn into promoters devices of creativity who support new subjectivities and contribute to incorporation in the social plot since they facilitate bridges between generacional experiences, with aesthetic, psychological and communication tools.
