The paper presents the preliminary findings for the research project UBACYT P811 "psychological inhibition and its relation to the transgression in adolescents in conflict with the law" This study, descriptive exploratory study aims to analyze and describe the relationship of the offending conduct of adolescents in conflict with the Criminal Law, assuming that they have severe deficiencies as background in the attachment bond. The sample is probabilistic intentional and is composed of two groups of subjects. The first group consists of 200 young people housed in closed institutions of CABA who have transgressed the law. The second group consists of 20 professionals who develop their professional activities in those institutions. Data collection was performed through the application of two types of techniques. On the one hand structured interviews were applied to professionals who assist young offenders and youth questionnaires to respondents. It is seen in the existence of significant correlation between the scales of Aggression and Withdrawal Questionnaire CC-A Scales and type style of avoidant attachment and anxious.
