The aim of this essay is to demonstrate the two modulations of the Ego and its Freud's pulsional fundament. It landmark is the Id located as core of the Ego, altered by two defense mechanisms one of which covers the structural castration with its mask. The second one is the therapeutic alteration of the Ego which takes to the cancellation of alterations that exist already by the defensive process. The propose of the cure, according to Freud, is to strength the Ego so it is not depending on the Super Ego and take more elements from the Id making them it owns. It is about the second modulation where it does not response to any of Kant's categories neither to any power of the Ego. Where "It was, the torn, split should become know-how gaining fertile land to sea -wrong, where there is always a rest irreducible.
