In this paper we will trace the child's conception as an object. Concepcion that can be found in different speeches which they have investigated for the place of the child in the social and familiar structure. Among them we will place some references of the history of the infancy, in order to place the place of the child as object in the social thing, of the law area and of the human rights and, finally, we will locate that one that the psychoanalysis can contribute in its specificity respect of the position of object. We will take then the case of a girl appropriated at 23 months of age, and returned being a girl: P., to read her position of object of satisfaction of the Other, the appropriator; as well her resistance to be taken by his speech: resistance of the inconciente to the appropriation.
