This work presents a theoretical study on the phenomenon of belief in Freud's work. Freudian question, about the conditions for the involvement of the instinctual dimension by the word in a cure, inevitably slides towards the phenomenon of belief. The phenomenon of belief, in turn, is related to the conception of reality sustained. It keeps track of the concern of Freud's neurotic relationship to reality by taking some paradigmatic text. It was cut 3 times in Freud's work on belief.
