Abstract

This article is framed in UBACyT Project "Power, afiliation, and effectiveness in contexts of labor violence", Institute of Research, Faculty of Psychology, Buenos Aires University. Complementarily to the investigation on the subjective and inter-subjective effects that determine violence as a practice and meaning for different groups of workers, it is necessary to analyze from a collective, communal and relational perspective, the emergence of processes of harassment starting with the denominated critic incidents. We present some results obtained from a survey that investigates: the existence and relation between victims, witnesses and responsible actors of harassment; differences and similarities between victims, witnesses and not-witnesses nor victims of situations of harassment; its relation with the condition of listening about these events. We analyze and discuss the consequences of identifying a pursuing subsystem compound of direct agents and direct and indirect accomplices.
