The Focalised Therapy Group (FTG) device, a psychodynamic-oriented, short-termed and focalized device, is used for diagnosis and for group therapy; it has been created to approach act pathologies, that is to say, those in which verbalization has failed so psychic transforma-tions such as juvenile violence appear. The general objective is to prove the therapeutic eficacy of the FTG device through the outcomes and therapeutic process analysis. For the last, the tools used were the Therapeutic Cycle Model - TCM and the Reflective Functioning Manual - RF. In this paper, the full analysis microprocess of a session of FTG device for violent adolescents carried out through the application of the two methods of process analysis will be shown. The low mentalization (RF) of the violent adolescents let appreciate the importance of applying the FTG device through which a further specification of the verbal activity of patients in all segments of the session was found, although it was not possible yet the relective activity at this time of the therapeutic process. The segments that do not reject the possibility of relecting were found in what is called Therapeutic Cycle (TCM).
