The considerations are refected here, are directly related to research UBACYT called “Study of representations in adolescents in confict with the law”, which is currently in development. The approach to criminal trespass in adolescence involves a comprehensive political action, community and institutional. The institutions that address this specifc population are complex devices, which are confronted with the social and political demands to respond effectively and effciently to a complex problem. Given this scenario it is necessary to create a theoretical basis for intervention from which the professionals working in the sector to make a real and effective contribution by effective intervention strategies and academic support. It is then relevant theoretical and conceptual deepening contributing to the development of best business practices, providing a greater understanding of the psychological processes present in the adolescent offender
