Resumen

BERMUDEZ, Silvia  y  MELI, Yamila. Hatred and its drive foundation. Anu. investig. [online]. 2013, vol.20, n.2, pp.67-72. ISSN 1851-1686.

Freud always recognized the existence of aggressive components within the erotic tendencies, but it was not until 1920 that he gives them the drive status. The proposal is to address some references in Freud's work on hatred and hostility. To do so, we analyse the grounds of hatred toward Jews that Freud proposed in several of his texts. German nazism meant, among other things, the identification of an enemy. The articulation of the concept of death drive  to the psychology of the masses  will be a starting point to address this issue from a psychoanalytic perspective. Hostility, racism and hatred are segregative phenomena (sustained on structural segregation) that works as a "treatment" of the drive.

Palabras clave : Drive.
