Resumen

LAZNIK, David. Clinical configurations of the super-ego in the second freudian topic. Anu. investig. [online]. 2013, vol.20, n.2, pp.113-116. ISSN 1851-1686.

Abstract: The formalization of the second topic produces a new nosographic order that subverts the logic of binary oppositions commony used in Freudan theories. Freud reformulates his previous nosographic ordering and incorporates a “third group”: the narcissistic neuroses. The conceptual operator that allows to account for them is the superego. This conceptualization also affects the reformulation of the origin of the resistance and helps to establish its structural dimension. These formulations involve a qualitative leap in the way of theorizing the analytical practice and allow to formalize certain clinical records that, exceeding the feld of transference neuroses, are neither registered in the field of psychosis nor in the feld of perversions. Lacan’s contribution to the study of complications concerning maternal desire allows to clarify aspects of narcissistic neuroses and its differences with psychoses. From this perspective, we will use the fgure proposed by Lacan of the “unwanted children” in order to examine the mechanism involved in the production of narcissistic neuroses and put them in relationship with negative therapeutic reaction.

Palabras clave : Super-ego; Melancholy; Negative therapeutic reaction.
