Resumo

It has gone depth into the research on teacher education feature, origin and recognition of knowledge put into action in teacher’s performance for teaching psychology by graduates of U.B.A at Teacher training college of Psychology. Progress has been made -from oral testimonies gathered in interviews with first graduates  and teachers, with the support of curriculum documents and academic management of the period studied- in recovery, characterization and analysis of implicit and tacit didactic knowledge, focusing on the way they were joined up  to the compilation of teaching resources, rescuing personal and generational traces and itineraries. It has deepened the particularities and features of each type of knowledge, based on the formalized knowledge refers to explicit and deliberately considered in relation to theories and analytical possibilities, while the tacit, implicit schemes are oriented towards action incorporated into action, both from the position of student and from experience as a teacher.
