This paper presents partial results of the work of two scholarships (Stimulus and Master) that are part of UBACyT P037 Project, "Struggles and territory: moving boundaries and practices of citizenship". Both have the scenario of the metallurgical company IMPA recovered by their workers. It serves here to strengthen social support, social networks and sense of community experienced by the protagonists from the organization and presentation of IMPA Museum in a massive event held at the factory during 2013. The central aim of the article is to explore and describe the meanings that actors experienced during the building process, which provides partial scholarships respective objectives: accessibility and participation of citizens and transformations of space and subjectivity. The method is qualitative and the main technique is participant observation, also incorporating spontaneous speeches the audience.
