Abstract

SCHEJTER, Virginia et al. Specialized knowledge circulation among health workers of different levels of complexity: Training situations originated in practice problems. Anu. investig. [online]. 2014, vol.21, n.1, pp.173-176. ISSN 1851-1686.

In this paper we share the state of the art of an UBACyT research project that investigates the specialized knowledge movement between health workers, through training devices based on professional practice issues. The permanent and rapid growth of health sciences, dificults the update and access to new knowledge that first levels professionals need. These skills are often specialist and subspecialists property and tend to be concentrated in large cities. Training developed from specific problems of professional practice, influences in population´s care quality of the whole country. Also differs from academic training to consider the work´s potential education and to have as its objectives not only individual but institutional transformations.
