The boarding of prostitution´s situation forms a scene and actors crossed by power relations, domain and bodies´s trade for the other´s possession. The patriarchy is his structure. It is an analyzer of the culture and his social phantom. From a qualitative approach, it is developed an Action Investigation which aim is to elucidate speeches, practices and alternate devices for rigth´srecoverableness in persons on prostitution situations. They were implemented: interview in depth with key informants; life story; collective interview; and participant observation, with 16 participants of four community alternate devices. As a results were analyzed the power relations in the other´s construction; the senses about bodies and the access to the health; and Good Practices in community alternate devices for rigths´s recoverableness.
