Abstract

Given the importance of "workplace harassment" in the field of legal psychology, this work explores the boundaries, establishing a critical reading of the tridirectional approach myself. Through exhaustive survey of documentary sources, secondary and legislative corpus, content analysis and analysis of an intrinsic case involving a security force, a fourth address workplace harassment is trimmed: institutional. Thus, the etiological agent explanation criminally responsible, the default overlay vitiated import legal logic to the ield of psychology is divorced. It is considered that this contribution relective optimizes resources when designing intervention strategies. Abajo Olivares (2007), Basile (2007), Hirigoyen (2000, 2001), Piñuel y Zabala (2001) thesis are considered.
