The following work presents the general conceptions of Donald Meltzer towards the grid created by Wilfred Bion. The reception and following modifications in charge of Meltzer constitutes the core of the studies presented as a bibliographical track. For this purpose the following article is composed of 4 sections: 1. brief explanation of the reception of Bion's ideas by Meltzer. 2- the grid's reception by Meltzer. 3 Meltzer's modiications and suggestions in Bion's grid and its G category; which must include a brief study of the notionof beauty. 4- Meltzer's conceptions of a negative grid and its possible extensions of the original Bion's grid.
