The present work concerns the research UBACYT called “Study of Legal Psychology practice regarding youth in conflict with the law prosecuted. Institutional - organizational, symbolic and imaginary, historical and anthropological” (20020130100842BA) perspective. In-depth knowledge of the institutions devoted to the care of juveniles in conflict with the law, is necessary in order to glimpse the psychosocial function that they meet effectively; and thus promote effective participation through institutional intervention that favors the development of prevention policies, and assistance that result in a better quality of life.
