The present article offers a partial panorama of the proposals of Paul Ricoeur in his article Hermeneutics and psychoanalysis, organized in the next way: 1) A justification between hermeneutics and psychoanalysis by Paul Ricoeur. With no pretensión to go deeper in the thematics that belong to the discipline of hermeneutics, because the principal goal is to analyze the proposal that are described in the text of Paul Ricoeur. 2) To focus in the reformulation that exists between psychoanalysis and hermeneutics proposed by the current angloamerican and especially the action language. For this development the irst proposal related to Roy Schafer based on his book A new language for psychoanalysis.
