Within the framework of Project UBACyT 2002013010 0549BA (2014-2017): “Diagnostics in the last period of Jacques Lacan’s work (1971-1981)”, we start from the following hypothesis: “The proposals Knot “be-named-for “(Lacan, J., 1973-74) and tying three “clubs paranoid” by a “neurotic sinthome” as the fourth link (Lacan 1975-76) introduce in the last period of Lacan’s perspective a diagnosis which aims not only to subjectivity but also to social or embed patterns of subjective tying knots.” This hypothesis is matched against: a) the analysis of Lacan on Lol V. Stein, b) a set of facts concerning the dynamics observed in a halfway house, and c) a time of treatment of a psychotic patient. Conclusions drawn from this confirm the possibility for the social bond in psychosis in terms of knotting.
