SZAPIRO, Liliana. Psychoanalytical contributions to the clinic for psychosomatic phenomena. Anu. investig. [online]. 2015, vol.22, n.2, pp.195-205. ISSN 1851-1686.
The aim of this paper is to expose some aspects of my doctoral thesis on psychosomatic clinical phenomena and the prospects that open from the work done. Our framework is lacanian psychoanalysis guidance. We formulate that we found in these cases a unique way of failure of writing of Father’s name which has among other consequences a predominance of imaginary registration in psychic reality. The research is guided by the assumption that it is possible to modify the knotting manifested through psychosomatic phenomenon into knotting in which operate the father’s name in its symbolic dimension through the operation that Lacan called nomination , enabling knotting by Sinthome, knotting which is more stable. This new knotting involves a different regulation of juissance that favors the psychosomatic phenomenon goes down “in addition”.
