This work is part of UBACyT project "Psychogenesis of Legal Skills: Analysis of Experiences of Orders, Loans and Exchanges Objects between Young Children". The aim is to share results of the survey of formats which distribute and allocate objects preoperative children present. The material came from non participating observations in the regular school environment. Typical formats are described, trying to analyze factors allow both a systematization of the material obtained as the structuring of future data surveys, more focused. The research hypotheses are framed on the assumption that an understanding of such development must be linked to the socializing contexts. The concept of "child legal experience" (Samaja 1998) inherently contains the reference to such contexts.
