The research UBACyT 2013/16 “Gender Equity in Quality of HealthCare in adolescence” attempts to advance in identifying gender biases in making diagnostic and therapeutic decisions / member / as health team serving adolescents that could have an impact on the quality of care. To do this, an analysis of the pro-teen-family component was performed in making diagnostic decisions, in order to identify differential factors by gender and social sector, linked to the demand of families and adolescents, that could cause biases in diagnostic and therapeutic decisions in order to help improve gender equality in the quality of care.In a first publication (D. Tajer, Reid, G. Ceneri, E. & Solis, M., 2014), the background, the theoretical framework and methodological aspects are presented. In a second (Tajer D., Reid G. Lo Russo, Salvo Agoglia I., 2015) presented progress on the design of the interviews and construction of indicators of quality of care in adolescence from a gender perspective and collective health. In this third publication it was decided to present preliminary information from the analysis of the interviews for which data from two (Argerich and Gutierrez) of the seven institutions surveyed and two axes were chosen (“disorders” of gender identity and sexual health and reproductive) of the seven surveyed3.
