This work intends to analyze one of the legitimation mechanisms that use the hooligans of a soccer gang to make acceptable their violent actions. Violent practice is part of a way of being that defines the members of this group and forms a complex system that grants prestige and honor to those who perform it. The honor of violent people is founded on the acceptance of distinctive practices; a basis that is built through different tools that confer legitimacy to practices that are socially stigmatized. We will analyze how certain particularities of space, neighborhood, are the logical handholds that hooligans build to recognize their actions validity. We seek to reveal the underlying logic of this construction: the rhetoric of establishing the action validity on the space morphology hides that practices and representations are validated by the sense of the social relationships.
