Resumen

These reflections are the result of our research in a Public High School in Córdoba, Argentina. We focused on one particular conflict which acts as an analyst of the practice and deeds of the students; this in turn may be interepreted as the symbol of the order at stake or as demand that accompanies the hegemonic logic. According with Reguillo who analyzes how a subject may be "the spectator of his own problem" when he plans his organization and formulates strategies becomes "the actor" and then when he appeals to different forms of capital to face a contingency becomes an " agent". Our aim is to show wich actions make students react because in their education process appear conflicts and lack of interest; but also, they profit from material and symbolic resources available at school in order to create social ties, fight for a place as youth and be trained as future citizens.
