Centring spatially on geographical ambience of El Soberbio municipality, this article tries to realize an analytical advance of implementation plans on tourist development and conservation proposed by the provincial agencies and foundations conservationists, to try to understand the contradictory consequences and tensions generated by territorial disputes since the implementation above mentioned programs.
