This article seeks to analyze the way in which its memebers quantify their participation in the movement,  based on an extraordinary event in the history of a pickeeters´ organization.To this end, I have chosen the idea of "time within the movement" as it makes it possible to recognize some aspects which exceeded by far the years spent by these people inside their organization: and, at the same time, it was an idea that allowed me to recognize the peculiar manners in which the State entered the daily lives of this social collective feeling. The analysis shows that it is necessary to provide continuity to the newly started view which goes against the classical  State /Civil Society sociological dualism . In this way it becomes possible to walk along less prejudice-filled paths which offer a better understanding of what  political ways of social belonging stand for.
