Be mean empirical and bibliographical data, an approximation on the relationship between guarani society and nature, is carried out here. The individual and social vulnerability in the presence of telluric spirits that cause certain diseases, is incorporated here how axis of analysis to propose the notion of biocultural equilibrium. Moreover a close relationship between the health-illness cycle, and the society-nature cycle inspired in the agricultural calendar, is suggested here.
