In this article we will approach to the formative experiences linked to the work of young workers of a multinational chain of supermarkets in the city of Rosario, Argentina. This text is part of a comprehensive socio-anthropological research about the labour relations and the experiences in relation to the work of these young workers of supermarkets. In this opportunity we will focus on the processes of education and training in the workplace and how they are valued and appropriated by workers, in order to investigate the formal educational experiences and their relationship to work.
