1988 Brazilian Constitution pledge Brazil as a multiethnic state when it grants to indigenous peoples, maroons and other ethnic groups that molded Brazilian nationcultural rights towards their autonomous reproduction. However, infra constitutional statutes are limited only to land tenure witch is not enough to enforce these rights. In the one side there are multiple forms of experience places in several ways of reciprocal belongings. In the other side, the legal monism only sees propriety as a array of use, enjoy and dispose. Tension between the multiple and the single rises through multifocal lenses of nature conservancy, giving way to a pendulous having in one side an untouched wilderness and in the other a space that needs to be in relation to culture to be made a place.
