Abstract

GARCIA PRESAS, Ana Laura  and  CRAVIOTTI, Clara. Saberes Prácticos y Expertos en el Complejo Avícola Entrerriano. Avá [online]. 2015, n.26, pp.00-00. ISSN 1851-1694.

The transformation of agrifood productions which took place in our country during the last decades has posed questions about the conditions of permanence of family production. In the case of the poultry complex of Entre Ríos, the deepening of the articulation between the primary and secondary stage would make us think of a reduction or even a neutralization of the producer's decision power over the production process. Nevertheless, the analysis of the concrete forms in which the link is displayed opens a whole field of analysis for social agrarian studies over the tensions around the knowledge and practices required by the firms and the producers' adaptation and resistance strategies to the socio-technical model triggered by them, suggesting a more complex view of the family producers' loss of autonomy when participating in contractual schemes of production.
