This article presents an anthropological approach to care networks, which have emerged as an alternative response to confinement institutions. The governments realized in the world of documents because the material inscriptions stabilize the standardization and the calculations. In the documents, the forecasts are seen, that's why follow the trail of the records lead us to understand the dynamics of governmentality. I describe the bureaucratic procedures of measurement, evaluation and calculations in health management, without which it would be impossible to managing lives and to produce services within the designs of freedom. Therefore, I describe the flowcharts, these simplified schemes that let you see the extent of the network and the potential partners. I will also describe the protocols for pregnant drug users. Thus raising up more calculation sand strategies to solve the impasses that do not cease to arrive.
