In order to observe the discursive dispute over the signifier marriage, from the equivalential construction demands and the establishment of the border us/them, this article analyzes the rhetorical construction of political identity of the group “Putos Peronistas” in around the equal marriage law, enacted in Argentina in 2010. Since the proposal populist discourse analysis Laclau, reflection of the trajectory and key actors such as the kirchnerism is relieved, the collective of sexual diversity and the Church Catholic, in particular, the figure of Pope Francis, from the subjectivity of its members.
